The first step is for the property title to be owned by a company. If the property is owned by an individual, we can assist in the incorporation and conversion into a smart company. Once this is done, it will appear in the notary dashboard, and a due diligence process will be done by the notary to ensure that the title is clean, the zoning is correct, there are no legal cases tied to the property, and there are no existing loans tied to the property.
