Who owns the property I’m purchasing?

The developer that lists the properties on Ekta Real Estate initially own the property. If a single buyer decides to buy the entire property, the ownership of said property is legally transferred to the new single buyer. If the property is sold in fractional assets, the property is moved to a Trust and all the fractional owners become a part of an ownership DAO that can together make group decisions on the property through the voting.
